Review by hotel critic
Greetings from the heart of London, where I reside! My passion lies in exploring the great outdoors, whether it's skiing in the Swiss Alps or hiking through scenic landscapes. On my recent city trip, I discovered a hidden gem that offered me the perfect sanctuary - a retreat that exceeded my expectations. This historic monastery, nestled in a picturesque setting near excellent dining options, provided me with a serene escape. Despite the simplicity of the rooms, the comfort of the beds felt truly luxurious after a day of exploring. The shared modern bathrooms were spotlessly clean, a pleasant surprise. The attentive staff, offering local insights and going the extra mile to assist with any needs, enhanced my stay.In essence, my experience at this tranquil haven was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to fellow travelers seeking a unique and enriching stay.
